- In a bowl, stir ricotta with 1 tbsp Valèvida and a pinch of salt until creamy.
- Spread ricotta generously over warm toast.
- Top with figs. Drizzle with more Valèvida and honey (if using).
- Finish with flaky salt, herbs, and black pepper. Add nuts if you like.
