Instructions

  1. Toast the sourdough until deeply golden. For extra flavor, brush lightly with Valèvida before toasting.
  2. In a bowl, stir ricotta with 1 tbsp Valèvida and a pinch of salt until creamy.
  3. Spread ricotta generously over warm toast.
  4. Top with figs. Drizzle with more Valèvida and honey (if using).
  5. Finish with flaky salt, herbs, and black pepper. Add nuts if you like.
  6. Serve immediately.
