Our extra virgin olive oil begins its journey high in the sun-kissed hills of València, Spain, where generations of families have cared for olive groves at elevations over 350 meters. This region has been producing olives dating as far back as the 4th century BC. 

Our producer, Cooperativa Del Camp Sant Pere de Moixent, is a collective of generational farmers who oversee every step of the process—from tree to bottle—with meticulous care and legacy knowledge. They craft an artisanal product that reflects their commitment to uncompromising quality.
