📦 Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across the U.S. using reliable, trackable carriers (UPS). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates:
- One bottle: $5 flat fee
- Two bottles: $9 flat fee
- Three or more bottles: Free shipping

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because our product is a food item, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out at johanna@tastevalevida.com — we’ll do our best to make it right.

🌿 Quality Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our olive oil. Valèvida is cold-pressed the day the olives are harvested and bottled for optimal freshness. If your bottle arrives damaged or compromised, contact us and we’ll take care of it.
