Origin: Moixent, València, Spain at 350 meters above sea level.
Producer: Cooperativa Del Camp Sant Pere de Moixent—a collective of top-level regional producers who collaborate with purpose and spirit. As a coop, they are able to keep quality high and make sure producers receive fair prices for their harvests.
Our oil is organically farmed and is certified organic by the Committee of Ecological Agriculture of the Valencian Community (CAECV) and the EU. We are in the process of applying for our organic certification with the U.S.D.A.

NUTRITIONAL PROFILE
Olives: Grossal (100%). Olives picked green in late October at their peak. CAECV and EU Organic.
Only healthy olives without damage from weather, pests, or disease are used to craft our premium Valèvida EVOO.
Process: Cold-pressed in two phases at 20ºC to preserve key nutrients.

Note: Our oil has a very high level of polyphenols—antioxidants—for extra virgin olive oil. For contrast, most supermarket EVOOs have polyphenol levels below 250 mg/kg.
