Sourced from small farms in Spain’s Valencian Community, our olives grow in sunlit hills at 350 meters above sea level — where the climate and soil create ideal conditions for exceptional flavor.
Our oil is organically farmed and certified by the Committee of Ecological Agriculture of the Valencian Community (CAECV) and the EU. We are currently in the process of securing USDA Organic certification for the United States.

NUTRITIONAL PROFILE
Olives: 100% Grossal, hand-harvested green in October at their peak. Only the healthiest fruit — free from damage by weather, pests, or disease — is selected for Valèvida Premium EVOO.
Process: Cold-extracted in two phases at 20 ºC to preserve delicate flavor compounds and vital nutrients.
Polyphenols: 556 mg/kg — exceptionally high antioxidant content, more than double the levels in most supermarket extra virgin olive oils (often below 250 mg/kg). Rich in natural antioxidants that may support heart health and reduce inflammation.
